Overview
Inviq is a personal SaaS-style invoice generator built to make invoice creation faster, cleaner, and easier to manage. The app focuses on a simple workflow where users can manage company data, customer records, invoice items, preview invoice documents, and download them as professional PDF files.
Problem
The operational gap
Many small business owners, freelancers, and operators still create invoices manually using spreadsheets or documents. This manual process can be repetitive, inconsistent, and time-consuming, especially when managing multiple customers, companies, and invoice records.

I designed and built Inviq as a personal project, translating practical invoice workflow needs into a lightweight web app experience with structured forms, management views, preview behavior, and download-ready invoice output.

How the concept was shaped
Mapped the core invoice workflow around company setup, customer records, invoice data entry, document preview, and final PDF download.
Structured the dashboard experience to keep navigation lightweight while still supporting invoice, customer, and company management.
Built and refined the product with AI-assisted development support, focusing on a practical business workflow instead of unnecessary SaaS complexity.

What I Learned
Reflection
Practical SaaS tools become stronger when the interface stays close to the user workflow: prepare the business data, create the invoice, preview the document, and download the final file without extra friction.
