Project Overview

Overview

MediSync is a personal UI/UX design concept for a smart e-health mobile application. The app is designed to help users connect their BPJS information, access digital health data, search for nearby hospitals, schedule doctor appointments, consult with doctors, and manage healthcare reminders in one connected mobile experience.

Problem

The operational gap

Healthcare access can feel fragmented for users. Patients often need to manage BPJS information, hospital searches, consultation schedules, family health data, medication reminders, and doctor communication across different touchpoints. This creates friction, especially for users who need a simpler way to organize their healthcare journey.

My Role

What I handled

I shaped the product concept, mobile information architecture, user flow, UI direction, and healthcare journey for MediSync as a personal UI/UX design exploration.

Product / Design Process

How the concept was shaped

1

Mapped the healthcare journey from login and BPJS connection to hospital discovery, doctor scheduling, and reminder support.

2

Structured the app around mobile-first tasks that patients need to complete quickly, including BPJS access, family data, search, consultation, and schedules.

3

Designed the concept with a calm healthcare interface, readable screens, clear CTAs, and simple navigation to reduce confusion.

Solution

The product direction

Design Approach

Clarity, trust, and accessibility

The design approach focuses on clarity, trust, and accessibility. The goal is to reduce user confusion and make healthcare tasks feel more organized.

Impact

Outcome

MediSync demonstrates how digital product design can simplify healthcare access and create a more connected patient experience. Even as a design concept, the project shows practical thinking around user onboarding, healthcare service discovery, BPJS integration, appointment management, and reminder-based patient support.

What I Learned

Reflection

Healthcare product concepts need to balance trust with simplicity. Users should understand what to do next without feeling overwhelmed by medical, administrative, or scheduling details.
